hey chris, this is … hey chris, this is dee from the uk i really am looking forward to hearing about what the best kind of trainers to wear, as i went running/walking the past 3 days and i feel like the trainers i am using are not really very good i was feeling pain in my right foot – felt almost like the right foot was facing inward, although when i looked down it looked perfectly straight. is this common? thanks for your videos, they are very interesting…and well done on transforming lives.

My members are preparing to walk a 5K mid-June, and its wonderful to see that they’re all on the right track to weight loss success My only caution is that if you are a woman on a trail by yourself – leave the ipod at home for safety reasons. But of course, that’s when its better to have a walking buddy!
I am definitely going to have to try this. I have been learning of more wellness ideas since I started reading this blog than ever before. Thanks for all these helpful tools towards feeling better.

is walking outside different than walking on a treadmill with Hill Interval Mode?
