10 easy tips to reduce stress

Hey everyone here are the tips that were mentioned in this video. If you guys have any good stress relieving tips you guys do please write a comment I would love to read them.

1. keep a positive attitude
2. don’t rely on alcohol and drugs
3. eat healthy well balanced meals and exercise regularly
4. breathe and practice relaxation tips (remember breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth :)
5. get enough rest and sleep
6. laughter and humor
7. get a pet if you can’t because you cannot afford one or because of the major responsibility when it comes to owning an animal then donate your time at an animal shelter
8. talk to someone
9. take a break
10. take a mini vacation ( which means do something different then your everyday normal routine)
