Vitamin Supplements – Dr Paul Clayton

I believe that it is possible to stay healthy into ripe old age and to prevent, stabilise and even perhaps to reverse, many of the chronic degenerative diseases.
Underpinning all my research and advice is this simple fact. Given the right nutrition and lifestyle, our bodies have amazing powers of self-healing and regeneration.
They have to because almost every cell and tissue in your body breaks down and is replaced on a regular basis. Bone is re-absorbed into the body and then renewed, cartilage in joints experiences wear and tear but is renewed, membranes of nerve and other cells are broken down and replaced.
This natural process of wear and repair is going on all the time in your trillions of cells. The process of growth and re-growth in bones, cartilage and other tissues is called anabolic. The process of tissue breakdown is called catabolic.
Nutrition and Your Mental Health
What does nutrition have to do with mental health? You might be surprised to find out the truth behind what happens when a person has a nutritional deficiency.
Nutritional deficiencies can cause all sorts of psychiatric symptoms including apathy, low energy, irritability, insomnia, low energy, agitation, fatigue, concentration problems, aches and pains, weight changes, including weight loss or weight gain. Sound a lot like the symptoms of depression? The truth is the average American diet of fast food is low in vital nutrition that you need for your body to function correctly.
This isn’t to say that all depression is caused by bad nutrition but it’s certainly a contributing factor in many cases and poor nutrition will always make depression worse. Antidepressant drugs also do not correct nutritional problems. So if your depressed because of nutritional problems an antidepressant will only partially cover up the problem and you body still won’t function correctly.

Top 5 Wellness Tips with Michael Perrine
http://my.cleanprogram.com
Michael Perrine, colon hydro-therapist and co-founder of Gravity East Village gives us his top 5 wellness tips.
Mike’s Top Five
1. Water- hydration is so important to keep one vital, get a good filtration system and an alkalizer.
2. Raw Vegetable Juice- the ultimate in bio-active vitamins and minerals, loosens waste in the intestine, feeds the body and encourages elimination.
MiKe says: ” 32 oz. of raw vegetable juice a day will change your life!”
3. Raw salad- you get a lot of the same things as juice but more fiber which keeps things moving. This is the ultimate cleanser.
4. Exercise and therapeutic work- go to the gym, take a martial arts class, do yoga. If you are not into that, invest in a rebounder to keep the lymph flowing. Open up the cleansing channels with colonics, massage, skin brushing and saunas.
5. Personal development work- take an active role in wanting to know yourself deeply, explore what your life purpose is, and make steps to move through fear and emotional blocks.
Mike’s balance tip: we generally eat three times a day, so food is very important but so is personal development. Keep working on making the best choices in both areas each day.

Harvey’s Story about his Alternative Cancer Treatment in Tijuana, Mexico
5 years ago Harvey was diagnosed with brain cancer, and his doctors told him that he only had a year and a half to live. After having a portion of the brain tumor removed, and undergoing 8 weeks of chemotherapy (which he says he would NEVER do again, because of how horrific that experience was for him) he looked for some alternative cancer treatments. He noticed that a few people had mentioned Mexico to him, and even his chiropractor of many years gave him the name of a hospital down in Mexico that uses alternative methods to treat people with cancer.
According to his doctors, Harvey should not be here with us today. Harvey is fully confident that the reason he’s doing so well is because of the treatment he received in Mexico, and he highly recommends that people with cancer seek out alternative treatments. Not only is Harvey still alive and WELL, but his immune system is so strong now that he hasn’t even been sick since 2004 when he was diagnosed with cancer!
When you give the body what it needs, it can heal itself.
Cancer can’t live and grow inside a healthy body.
You cant heal with poisons (ex. chemotherapy)!
Just because you might be more genetically susceptible to getting cancer, doesnt mean that you WILL get it (like a seed needs water, oxygen, light, etc. to grow; cancer cells need certain things to grow and flourish also… and a healthy body does NOT have what the cancer cells need).
The cancer industry is a business, and a ‘cure’ would put them out of business! … to hear more about it watch the movie “Healing Cancer from Inside Out”. I have the trailer for the movie posted on my channel.

SavantMD.com ~ Figs ~ Nutrition & Wellness Tips
Grapes can be eaten in a variety of ways but the most common are fresh, dried as raisins or crushed and fermented as wine. Grape skins and seeds have a high concentration of resveratrol, a powerful antioxidant that has been linked to preventing heart disease and cancer. Red wine is higher in resveratrol since the wine is fermented with the skins to give the wine its red color. Grapes are also a good source of vitamin C. Grapes are high in sugar so people with diabetes should monitor their intake. And for those who would like get the benefits of grapes from drinking wine it’s usually best to enjoy no more than 1 to 2 glasses a day.
