What are some general health tips that are great to follow?

How can I stop giving in to cravings for chocolate and cookies? (That’s the only unhealthy stuff I’m addicted to).
I always crave a sweet breakfast, so I have cereal or jam on toast. What are some healtheir alternatives? With little sugar?

Apart from eating things for which we feel that craving, add some fresh fruits, vegetables, salads, etc…
Over a period of time, the chemistry within our body would drop, and we can notice the craving getting reduced and drop by itself, without much struggle. For quicker results, increase the intake of fresh fruits, vegetables, salads (if possible just before giving in to that ‘craved’ items)!
