I am a college student and surrounded by all the marks of bad health and poor lifestyles. I want to cleanse my body of that for the new year. What habits and Tips For Good Health should I adopt? Thanks for the help!

Its not that hot and if you swallow it fast only the back of your throat will burn a little. These peppers make your matabolism go really fast NATURALLY!
