Maggie’s Monster Bike & Hike 2010 – Video
The Maggie’s Monster Bike and Hike took place on the May 2010 Bank Holiday in the Scottish Highlands. Monster is a 24 hour challenge which see participants bike and hike along the Great Glen Way in the Highlands of Scotland; participants choose to go 40 miles, 55 miles or 73 miles. This year almost 1,000 people took part.

September 16th Update part 1. Cole White, Chief Financial Officer of Kremmling Memorial Hospital addresses questions from the public regarding the Middle Park Medical Center Project. Here he addresses topics under discussion between Centura Health and KMHD as possible colobarations. There is no binding agreement as of now between the two providers, but they are talking about possibilities. If the colobaratoin were to occur, patients would not have an interuption of services and they could still keep their same doctors-they will just be practicing in the new medical center.

What supplements for bodybuilding can i take as a type 1 diabetic?
I am a type one diabetic. I also love to weight train and body build. I use whey and actually the insulin that i take to my advantage, but i was wondering if anyone else having type 1 has taken any other supplements other than whey? I work out quite frequently and drink plenty of water. My doctor just says that i should stay away from supplements that might put extra stress on my kidneys. Got any ideas?
